In this pre-holiday crystal class, we will take the time to reset the nervous system with acudetox, refill with a deeply restorative meditation, and connect with crystals that support our energy.

Ocean Jasper has a restorative, grounding, earthing energy that promotes deep relaxation, reconnection, and balance.  It’s subtle but steady energy wraps you in comforting, nurturing warmth, helps you realign, rebalance, and get back to peace and happiness. Before the busy holiday season, we will take a moment to rest and restore our energy, nurture ourselves and enjoy the moment of ease.

What to expect:

AcuDetox: We will begin the circle with this nervous system reset

Connect with Ocean Jasper: Your own crystal to work with and take home is provided in this class! We will take a few minutes to learn about this crystal and connect with it’s energy.

Guided Meditation: We will drop into a deeply relaxing guided meditation and experience the energy and wisdom of this Ocean Jasper crystal.

Reflection, share + journaling: Sharing your insights and wonderings with the group, or simply taking time to reflect in your own journal is a beautiful way to close this circle.
