We move about the world according to what we see and feel, not aware of what others need and feel. Which often accounts for so many hurt feelings of being unworthy, unseen and unimportant.

What if, instead, since we each are experts in our own needs, wants, desires, ideas, truths, feelings…we each give to ourselves exactly what we need rather than doing this weird trading business of you take care of me and I’ll take care of you…?

What if, instead, we give great attention to listening to these needs, wants, desires and truths, give to ourselves generously, feel so seen, important and loved, beaming with all this love and light that we can then share with everyone else who is also beaming from being well loved by themselves? What would that look like? How different would our society be if everyone felt seen, heard and loved?

This is Green Aventurine’s message. Love yourself. Take care of yourself. Give to yourself and allow yourself to receive from the universe and others. Encourage yourself. Celebrate yourself. Get high on your own supply, and know you were born worthy of it all.
